Advocate Sajid has a commendable hands on experience of around a decade practising in Bombay City civil court & Bombay High court. He has started right from the scratch in terms of understanding requirements with respect to matters, compliances required for various courts considering documentation work, marshalling of facts, counsel briefing, preparation for cross examinations, arguments to now himself appearing as counsel in various matters. He has held his proficiency right from starting with lower courts right up to High court of Bombay.
His association with the earlier Solicitor firm has culminated into his strong representation of clients before High Court, NCLT, District Courts & Tribunals.
Advocate Sajid is a strong think tank to the firm and takes care of the client’s legal requirement with highest level of commitment and delivers everything to safeguard the client’s interest.
He has argued matters before the Hon’ble Judges of Bombay High court and other Judges & Magistrates of Sessions, City civil & Metropolitan courts.
