He is the Co-founder and partner of the firm and has handled several matters on Domestic violence, 498A, Divorce proceedings, Regular criminal matters, Heirship related matters, return of property, Property registration, RERA, securitization & recovery of debts, Labour, Consumer, Co-operative Society, Conveyancing, other Litigations and Dispute Resolution practice.
He has been instrumental in covering a large extent of geographical territory to help litigants ranging from Mumbai right up to Alibag, Raigad and has also provided interstate assistance in appearing for matters on behalf of clients.
In his extensive litigation experience, he has represented clients in Bombay High Court and other District & lower courts and tribunals.
His expertise also lies in acquiring bails of all forms (Anticipatory Bail, Regular Bail, and Statutory Bail) for clients by properly addressing the underlying issues before the Hon’ble court.
Sarvesh is also ground level Advocate and even in matters of arrest, has taken up the steps to make sure that everything is properly taken care of and the statutory reliefs provided by our constitution are properly adhered and the course of inquiry & investigation lie within the realms of roles and responsibilities of the authorities.
He also has extensive experience in property registration and has excellent due diligence with regards to compliance for registration in different districts and cities.
